Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We make every effort to pack and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday.
Orders are shipped via ground to help minimize environmental impact, and can take up to 8 business days to arrive at your address.
My order shows as being delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?
First, we’re sorry to hear you didn’t get your order! The first thing to do is check your front porch, mail box, all around your house, or mailroom to make sure it’s not hiding somewhere. It’s also possible that your order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor.
If you’re still not able to locate your order, and it’s been two days since receiving a delivery notification, please contact our customer support team here and we’ll make it right.
What is the order minimum to qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above $120.
