Orders

We make every effort to pack and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt.

Didn't get an email? We send emails when orders are placed and shipped. Check your spam and junk folders. If you still can't find them, contact customer support.

To cancel or modify your order, contact customer support within 1 business day of placing it. If it's been longer, you can return or exchange your order through your account or by contacting customer support.

Shipping

We make every effort to pack and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt. Orders can take up to 8 business days to arrive at your address.

We currently only ship within the United States.

First, check that your order wasn't mis-delivered. If you still can't find it after two days of receiving a delivery notification, please contact customer support. Our contact us page has all of our contact information to reach us.

We offer free shipping on all orders above $120.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Raw Style gear, so if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Crash too hard and put a hurtin’ on your gear? Maybe you ordered the wrong size or color? Connect with our amazing customer support team here and we’ll make it right. It’s that simple.

If you're unhappy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. You can start the return process on your own anytime here or contact our customer support team. You can access our full refund and return policy.

We'll notify you when we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Contact customer support if it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.

No problem! If you need to exchange an item for any reason, please reach out to our customer support team. Exchanges for a different size or color are free. Exchange orders are held for 14 days. To avoid cancellation, return the item promptly. If cancelled, you will be notified by email, but can still opt for a refund.

Account

To access your account, click the account icon and enter your email. We'll send you a login code. If you don't receive it, contact customer support.

We’re sad to see you go! If you’d like to unsubscribe from the Raw Style newsletter, simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter email. If that doesn’t work, please contact our customer support team.

Merino Wool and Care

  • Hand rinse with cold or warm water after every ride
  • Gently press out excess water, avoid aggressive twisting or wringing out of your apparel Machine wash when needed on a gentle cycle with mild soap, no bleach or fabric softener
  • Never machine dry. Air-dry by laying your apparel flat, preferably outdoors, and avoid direct sunlight

We recommend choosing a size up if you are between sizes.
