We want you to love your Raw Style gear, so if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Crash too hard and put a hurtin’ on your gear? Maybe you ordered the wrong size or color? Connect with our amazing customer support team here and we’ll make it right. It’s that simple.

 

I’d like a refund or to make a return.

We’re sorry to hear your order didn’t work out for you. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As a reminder, our customer support hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm central time

How long will it take to get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our customer support team.

 

I’d like to make an exchange.

No problem! If you need to exchange an item for any reason, please reach out to our customer support team here

Items can be exchanged for a different color or size at no charge and we will provide a free return shipping label. Exchange orders are held for a period of 14 days, and if your return package is not received within this timeframe, the exchange order will be canceled. To account for possible transit delays, we recommend promptly shipping the return package once the exchange is requested. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified through a cancellation email. However, you still have the option to return your order for a refund.
