Merino Care

How should I wash my Merino jersey?

Wear it more, wash it less!

  • Hand rinse with cold or warm water after every ride
  • Gently press out excess water, avoid aggressive twisting or wringing out of your apparel
  • Machine wash when needed on a gentle cycle with mild soap, no bleach or fabric softener
  • Never machine dry. Air-dry by laying your apparel flat, preferably outdoors, and avoid direct sunlight

Do you offer repair services?

We don’t currently offer repair services, but can guide you to this helpful resource that explain how to repair normal wear and tear of your Merino gear.

How do I get rid of pilling?

Easy peasy. Pilling will happen naturally in Merino wool over time. The best way to free your jersey from pilling is to wash it turned right-side-out with a pair of jeans that are turned inside-out. Be sure to follow all other care instructions in our “How should I wash my Merino jersey” section.
